Gaming Code of Conduct

Respect and Inclusivity

• Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior based on race, ethnicity, origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.
• Communicate constructively. Avoid excessive negativity, insults, or personal attacks. Focus on positive interactions and helpful communication.
• Be mindful of others. Remember that you are interacting with real people from diverse backgrounds.

Fair Play and Integrity

• No cheating or exploitation. Do not engage in any activity that gives you or others an unfair advantage, including using bots, hacks, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Report suspicious activity. If you witness cheating or other violations of this Code of Conduct, please report it through the designated channels. Your vigilance helps maintain a fair playing field.
• Respect game rules and mechanics. Play within the intended spirit of the games you participate in.

Account Security and Responsibility

• Protect your account information. Do not share your login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.
• Be responsible for your transactions. Understand and agree to the payment policies of the platforms you use. Do not engage in fraudulent activities or unauthorized purchases.

Minors and Safety

• Adhere to age restrictions. Respect the age ratings and guidelines set for games and online services.
• Parents and guardians are responsible. If you are a minor, ensure your parent or guardian is aware of your online activities and this Code of Conduct. TPDB and connected platforms have measures in place to prevent unauthorized purchases by minors.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in the following actions, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense:

• 1 Warning: A formal notification about the violation.
• 2 Temporary Suspension: Temporary restriction of access to certain features or platforms.
• 3 Permanent Ban: Permanent termination of access to TPDB services and potentially connected gaming platforms.
• 4 Reporting to relevant authorities: In cases of illegal activity, we may report the incident to the appropriate legal authorities.

Appeals Process

If you believe you have been unfairly penalized, you have the right to submit an appeal through our designated Appeal system. Please provide all relevant information and evidence to support your case.
